Family hotel
in the heart of Karlovy Vary
The owners, the heart and the spirit of the hotel, is the family Pazderka. The head and soul of the whole company is the founding father :-) and his wife, son and daughter work closely with him. Both parents are graduates of the Hotel High School in Mariánské Lázně. Svatopluk comes from a winery family from South Moravia and Štěpánek from a gastronomy family in Eastern Bohemia. Since graduation, the father has worked at GH Pupp as a maitre de hotel in a French restaurant and has successfully participated in several national competitions.
